What a Boca Raton project takes

Community approvals
Many Boca Raton neighborhoods have an HOA or architectural review board. We prepare what they need and build their approval into the schedule.
Wind and impact code
Palm Beach County is outside the High-Velocity Hurricane Zone, which covers only Miami-Dade and Broward, but it is in Florida’s wind-borne debris region, with design wind speeds up to 160 mph along parts of the coast. Windows and doors need impact protection, and every roof and opening is built to those requirements.
Permits and inspections
We handle submittals, plan review comments and inspections with the City of Boca Raton or Palm Beach County, depending on where your property sits.
