Josh founded Kalin Group in 2025 after 21 years building for national homebuilders in Central Florida, from land entitlements and infrastructure to clubhouses and homes. Most recently he has worked on luxury private residences across South Florida, from Broward County to Monroe County. He holds a Florida Certified General Contractor license and runs every project personally.
